The Center for Taxpayer Rights is a nonprofit organization dedicated to furthering taxpayer rights in the U.S. and internationally. We are a Virginia corporation recognized by the U.S Internal Revenue Service as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code. Our leadership and management is composed of individuals who have dedicated their lives to championing the rights of taxpayers and access to justice, particularly for the most vulnerable populations.
